Paul Wagner Obituary (2022) – Fayetteville, NY


Paul Burnham Wagner November 21, 2021 Paul Burnham Wagner, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021. Paul was a lifelong resident of Fayetteville and attended Fayetteville-Manlius High School and earned an AA degree from SUNY Morrisville. He worked in the construction and landscaping trades. An avid outdoorsman, Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and gardening. Paul was hospitalized last July for diabetic wound care and was surrounded by family when he passed away from complications. Paul endured many physical and emotional challenges the last few years of his life that greatly affected him after a lifetime of diabetes. Son of the late Bruce and Barbara Wagner, Paul is survived by sisters Deborah Wagner, Brenda Wagner Redmond, Sarah Wagner and several cousins and friends. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 4th, at Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St., Fayetteville. Burial at Burnham Hollow Cemetery near Fredonia, New York will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Paul’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association at www.diabetes.org or the Fayetteville Beautification Committee, 425 E.
