A 41-year-old Australian private jet pilot has been deported back to Australia, after serving his term in prison in Singapore. The pilot has been identified as Cameron Lachlan Milne. Milne was sentenced to 10 weeks in jail by a court in Singapore after he created a nuisance and abused a cop in Singapore. Milne’s employment pass in Singapore has been canceled and he is also banned from entering Singapore in the future. Ministry of Home Affairs of Singapore released an official statement and confirmed this incident.

The whole incident was on 14 June 2018, when Milne was in Singapore and meeting his friends for drinks at the boat quay, before heading to another bar on the Pan Pacific. He had a couple of vodka shots with his friends and was highly drunk. Afterward, Milne went to a convenience store in Marina Bay where he fell into an argument with the workers, and later he also started throwing stuff at the workers of the store. Seeing the situation getting worse, the workers of the convenience store called up the cops. Milne tried to hide and escape before the arrival of the police.

But Milne was detained by the cops. While police were arresting Milne, he was heavily drunk and he also hurled abuses at the cops. He also kicked the cops in the police car while he was sent to prison. He kicked badly the officers who were sitting in the front seat of the police car. Milne was charged for creating nuisance in public after getting heavily drunk, abusing, and hitting the cops. Milne was sentenced to 10 weeks in jail and a $5000 fine by the court in Singapore.

He was detained by the officers as you know, he served his sentence and on Wednesday 12 May 2022, he was deported back to his Country Australia. After this felony, Milne’s employment pass in Singapore has been canceled. He is also been prohibited to enter Singapore. This case has been creating a lot of buzz on social media and the internet.
